How much do Google Ads cost for clinics in Dubai? 2026 benchmarks
Clinic clicks in Dubai typically cost AED 6–45, depending on the specialty: family medicine and dental sit at the low end, cosmetic, IVF and bariatric services at the top. Published ranges put a booked appointment at roughly AED 80–220 for dental and family medicine and AED 150–500 for a cosmetic consultation. Most agencies recommend AED 8,000–25,000 a month in ad spend for a clinic. Figures below are collected from public UAE sources and dated; we update this page monthly.

Cost per click by clinic type
| Clinic type | Typical CPC, AED | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Family medicine, paediatrics | 6–15 | [1] |
| Dental clinic, Dubai | 12–28 | [1] |
| Dental clinic, Abu Dhabi | 8–18 | [1] |
| Dental clinic, Sharjah | 5–12 | [1] |
| Cosmetic medicine, aesthetics | 14–45 | [1] |
| IVF, cosmetic dermatology, bariatric surgery | 25–45 | [1] |
| Healthcare and medical clinics overall | 8–35 | [2] |
Top-of-page bids in Google Keyword Planner run higher than average CPC: for example AED 31–161 for “dentist dubai” and AED 13–52 for the Arabic query for an aesthetic clinic in Dubai, pulled in September–October 2026 [3]. Bids show what advertisers offered for the top position, not what an average click costs.
Cost per booking and monthly budget
| Metric | Range | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Cost per booked appointment, dental / family medicine | AED 80–220 | [1] |
| Cost per cosmetic consultation booking | AED 150–500 | [1] |
| Recommended monthly ad spend, clinic | AED 8,000–25,000 | [2] |
| Minimum spend for usable data | ≈ AED 3,000 / month | [2] |
| US healthcare benchmark: average CPC / cost per lead | $4.76 / $40.04 | [4] |
The US figure comes from the LocaliQ/WordStream 2026 report (13,000+ campaigns, April 2025 – March 2026) and is useful only as a reference point: Dubai pricing depends on the specialty, the emirate and the language of the campaign.
What drives the price in Dubai
- Specialty. High-ticket procedures (cosmetic, IVF, bariatric) attract more bidders and cost several times more per click than general practice.
- Emirate. Dubai clicks cost more than Abu Dhabi, Sharjah or the northern emirates for the same service [1].
- Language. Arabic, English and Russian campaigns compete with different advertisers; running separate campaigns per language keeps costs visible.
- Tracking. Without call, WhatsApp and booking tracking, Google optimises for clicks or form fills, and cost per patient rises.
- Front desk. A lead answered in hours instead of minutes is often a lost booking. Response time changes cost per patient as much as bids do.
DHA advertising rules that affect ad copy
In September 2026 the Dubai Health Authority set out advertising rules for licensed facilities and professionals on social media [5]. They ban absolute and exaggerated claims such as “the best”, “100%”, “guaranteed” or “no side effects”, require treatment claims to be evidence-based, and require visible risk warnings for surgical and invasive procedures. We apply the same standards to search ads and landing pages so that clinics stay compliant and ads pass Google’s healthcare policies.
What we see in our own Dubai projects
- Aesthetic clinic: sales grew from 21 to 47 a month in three months, average ticket ≈AED 2,500, ROAS 3× → 4.5×.
- Medical and aesthetics centre: 52 → 93 booked appointments a month, ROAS ≈4×.
In both cases the biggest gains came from optimising for bookings instead of messages and from moving budget to the most profitable services. All case studies · Google Ads for clinics
